Imran’s Great Rally at Quaid’s Mausoleum

(Hafiz Muhammad Noman, Karachi)

Imran Khan’s rally at the Mausoleum of Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah, the great leader, amazed all political parties once again. Those who were previously whispering or taunting that Imran’s rally would be at a fiasco in Karachi, their mouths are zipped up now. Despite a huge number of people attended the rally, some media or local newspapers of Pakistan and Imran Khan’s political rivals started to allege him concerning the gathering. The same situation arouse in Karachi as it happened previously in Lahore around Menar-e-Pakistan. The critics already criticized Imran’s really in Lahore and now they are again castigating that ISI and other secret agencies are behind him. In addition, the same dispute regarding the statistics of the people attended the rally in Karachi has erupted. Anyway, the rally in Karachi could not be called at a fiasco and Imran Khan surely has achieved his target what he wanted.

The senior ex-leader of Muslim League Nawaz Group Mr. Javed Hashmi’s joining to Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf has further supported PTI not only in Punjab but in Sindh also. The entrance of Javed Hashmi in PTI has hit the sentiments of PMLN’s workers and the chances of Imran’s winning in the forthcoming elections have increased. It was definitely a great speech by Javed Hashmi in the rally at Karachi when he called himself a “Baghi” (Insurgent or rebel). When he further called Imran Khan if Imran would not fulfil all his promises, then he (Javed Hashmi) is “Baghi” and he would rebel against Imran Khan too. Pakistani nation surely needs these kinds of “Baghi” politicians who could rebel against the corrupt system in a country.

One more thing that is perhaps stinging the nation’s mind is why has Imran Khan retreated from Altaf Hussein’s cases? He harshly spoke against Altaf Hussein in past and vowed to file cases against Mr. Altaf in London and cooperate with Zulfiqar Mirza. It cannot be ignored that there might be a deal between Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf and Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) concerning the future alliance in Karachi. It can be said that both, PTI and MQM need each other. PTI needs to enter Karachi and it perhaps needs MQM’s support due to MQM’s popularity or its huge constituency whereas MQM needs PTI’s support to exempt from various criminal cases that are already in pending in courts.

Anyway, Imran Khan has always rejected these allegations and he has a firm belief to remove all sorrows of the nation including securing Pakistan, stemming US backstairs influence in Pakistan, stopping drone attacks, coping with all crises either energy or gas, inflation and others. It is greatly appreciable that he in his recent rally in Karachi has vowed to build a real Islamic republic of Pakistan. The nation can just pray for his journey to success and advises Imran Khan that we are regarding towards you for our better future. Our best wishes are with you and we do not want to be cheated repeatedly. Bring a revolution in Pakistan and build a fair and transparent system where there is no corruption, inflation, suicide or self-immolation incidents, energy and natural gas crises, unemployment and drone attacks. Build Quaid’s real Pakistan!
