Pakistan as a sole partner of Jammu and Kashmir is in need to raise the issue of Kashmir at every forum with or without the onset of an event. The chairperson of Kashmir Committee argue to raise the Kashmir issue whenever asked about it. The incumbent ministers often take the stance of supporting the cause of Kashmir at regional forums or during the inter-state meetings. Pakistan is of the view that Kashmir issue should be solved at the earliest and in accordance with the will of Kashmiri people. We provides timely lip service to solve it according to the UNO resolutions: to hold a plebiscite in Kashmir. The three inter-state wars between India and Pakistan also demonstrate our emotional attachment, effusive approach to the cause of Kashmiris, their rights. But we can still do a lot more in order to show solidarity with the Kashmiri people. For instance, the permanent residents of Jammu and Kashmir stand eligible for the Civil Services exam in Pakistan; on similar grounds we can reinvigorate the Kashmiri youth in number of ways: a)_ by providing them a platform to get higher education in Pakistan b)_ by arranging scholarships for Kashmiri students c)_ by providing them expertise on International Law d)_ by arranging the study tours for Kashmiri students to envoke a new spirit of life in them e)_ by facilitating the market enterprises for their economic independence We can highlight the illegitimate treatment of Kashmiris at the hands of Indian Occupied Forces through media houses as a regular current affair issue. We can make the world realize the human rights abuses being done on Kashmiri people since decades. We can infer to the world the human aspects of this issue beyond the discrimination of religion, cast or creed. We need to opt for competent and educated personnel to raise the issue on national forums i.e., Kashmir Committee. Pakistancan quest about the innocent killings of Kashmiri people and their forced disappearances on national as well as international forums. We need an active leadership role to raise the issue at every single forum i.e., SAARC, SCO, UNO, OIC, human rights organizations etc. We need to drawdown the attention of world forums on brutal killings of Kashmir freedom fighters at the hands of IOF and labeling them as terrorists thereafter. The Indian armed forces often remains intended to kill the preemptive supporters of freedom movements or relate the innocent bloods to the idea of separatists. The Indian forces also restrain the Kashmiris to perform their religious rituals. They disallow them to offer regular,Friday and Eid prayers in Mosques. Mir Wais Umar Farooq professed to be restrained from offering Eid Prayers in Mosques since six years. We need to raise the issue of Indian Armed Forces Special Power Act which gives immunity to Indian atrocities in Kashmir. It also conserve the Indian forces from facing trials for their immorality and wrongful acts. The Indian cruelness is inflicting the irreparable damage to the psychological and physical outlook of Kashmiri people.
