A Project of Pakistan Air force
with the name “Fazaia Housing Scheme Karachi, with tagline “Shaheeno k sath
zindagi (Residence among the Falcons) launched for public in the month of March,
2015 while registration started in the month of May, 2015 and issued the
certificates to the registered members. In the end of the August, they
officially inaugurated the project and announced the site location of the
project.
Meanwhile, they had received more than 75,000 to 80,000 application forms only
in the month of March when it was just announced, each form were sold by Fazaia
for Rs. 1000 which were subject to not to disburse back. The form were been sold
for up to Rs. 45,000 by different agents.
However, Fazaia housing scheme is for the welfare for their retired and serving
personnel and Shuhadas and not for the sale to general public nor can they
advertise (As per the constitution of PAF). They have gained the trust of
general public by using the goodwill of Pakistan Air Force and integrated the
project with that.
Up till now PAF has collected trillions of rupees from the general public in the
name of form registration and memberships and their authorized agents are now
demanding for more sum of money from their members and making dishonest promises
which is a question mark on the credibility of Air Force as well.
