Misnomer and misused term "the
war on terror" more likely be said as "the war on Islam" or "the war to produce
terror" because neither it has reduced terrorism nor has severely targeted any
other territory other than Islam.
Moreover, this term was particularly designed to reduce terrorism from earth
globe, but in contrast, it has deepened the roots of terrorism by blindly
targeting the areas of victim country and compelled common citizens of the
targeted country to hold arms and be "Mujahideens" because there left no any
other way for them after losing their homes and their families within no time,
perhaps, without committing any crime.
Historically, the term was first time introduced by anti-Islamic president of
America in 12 September 2001, just one day after 9/11 attacks on world trade
center of America. On account of these 14 years, i.e; from the time of its
inception and up to date, it has been continuously abusing the basic rights of
mankind that are "freedom to live and speak".
On 11 September 2001, the world trade center of America was targeted by
militants that causes the loss of thousands of lives, however, after this, the
then president of America chaired a conference in which he vowed to remove
terrorists from the earth globe and re-iterated that, now time has come to rage
awar against terrorists that was titled by him as "the war on terror".
Security council is the major body of united nations organization whose prime
job is to create peace in every nook and corner of the world and ensures safety
to all and sundry for their basic rights. Over the period of last 14 years,
thousands of innocent lives have been brutally massacred, but no body is
witnessed about the action taken by the security council as human lives are
slaughtered like animals.
On the name of "war on terror" uncountable innocent human lives have been killed
mercilessly, millions of people have loss their shelters and their beloved ones.
As a result of these drone attacks victim country ultimately became weak
economically because their schools, buildings, roads, and mosques have been
destroyed within a short period of time.
In order to control this illegal, inhumane gruesome crime, Islamic countries and
other human rights organizations must take serious notice of it and force
Security Council to perform their duties effectively and interrogate with them
"why cat have got their tongue on this serious matter.
The war in any case can not be beneficial, in order to reduce terrorism and to
make this world worthy for living one must have to take some wise actions. The
United States and United nations organization can reduce terrorism by adopting
this well-known saying "Love begets Love and Hate begets Hate", similarly, fire
cannot be controlled by using fire, but, water is required to control fire.
