Pakistani Taekwondo black belt Ahmad Amin Bodla
successfully broken the guinness world records for the most martial arts
kicks in 3 mins and most martial arts punches in 1 min using one hand by
striking 783 kicks and 313 punches.
Ahmad Bodla attempted the world records in Fitness First Gym Riyadh
Gallery in Saudi Arabia on 21st august at 9 30 pm.

The record in 3 mins was held by Sidhu Kshetri from india with 620
kicks.Ahmad shattered the record by kicking 783 times in 3 mins.
Austrailian master Mick Faber held the record of punches in 1 min using
one hand with 301 strikes, Ahmad was able to strike 313 wing chun
martial arts punches in 1 min using his right hand.
Ahmad Bodla already holds 18 world records in various categories of
martial arts.From most kicks in 1 hour to most side kicks in 1 min,
Ahmad has done a bit of everything in striking martial arts
demonstration.
Ahmad bodla now has his sight set on the toughest record in martial
arts,he aims kick 12 hours continuously to set a Guinness world record
in a few months.

Talking to media Bodla said "Thanks to ALLAH ALMIGHTY that I was able to
break these records,I have been training hard to set world records, All
the hard work has paid off. I am looking set 12 hour kicks record in
November."
