Education a basic need along
with the food shelter and clothing is also considered as basic factor for life
of children of country. Now it is the time for the provision of education to the
children belonging to every cast and level. Still this goal cannot be achieved
in spite of all the claims that primary education is free and compulsory. When
factors will be analyzed there also raises a question whether merely it is
enough to send children school and not to provide a proper school along with
proper education facilities.
The recent survey in Pakistan by Annual Status of Education a Report was
revealed related to the number of children going to school. This report revealed
facts which were not only shocking but also the depressing. report also stated
that 23 percent of six year old children were out of school in the country. The
number comes up around five million. The report which was published by Education
for all Global Monitoring Report declared Pakistan as second highest number of
out of school children. The expected fact is that the girls included in this
percentage are higher as compared to boys. The girl’s ratio is around 63
percent.
The country where people are suffering with the lack of basic food and other
life facilities in such country it puts a great barrier to equip children with
education. The need of food pushes every other need to the less prior level. The
poverty and hardships to keep run the life in the time of such inflation and
depression. The education will be easily considered as a post pond need. The
need without it life can be move on. It is nature the food satisfaction let a
person to think about something else while not satisfaction bounds a person’s
life only with the food and only food.
In spite of propagation the awareness that girls need education and why are it
is necessary to education equally to the boys. It is not helping to increase the
percentage of girl’s enrollment in the school. The girls are will be not the
bread earner in the future. The girls are only supposed to be a helping hand of
their mothers. The girls cannot provide money spent on their education back to
the parents. This is the reason the parent are not ready to spend the money on
their education. When to earn money is also a harsh problem.
There are also problems related to the provision of proper school facilities for
the students. As such problems are faced by both girls and boys. This problem is
worst for the girls. When there is not available any school after primary in the
local village the bays may travel to the other village or nearby town to go for
education. The girls cannot travel this is the reason which puts barrier into
the Way of education for a girl.
The state of government school is also another dilemma and problem worsening
factor for the education provision. It is the reason that if the parents after
bearing the troubles of poverty and so like this. Parents get their children
educated. The government school culture which does not help for the children to
excel and flourish in the careers in next coming years as the student who are
educated by the government schools can excel. Thos is the reason that this is a
big reason for pushing parents back from education provision as the positive
hopes and surety of development is absent in the near future.
The report also revealed that parents are afraid of spending money and not
getting back any fruit in practical life by the student education this makes the
will of parents for provision of education low. Even few parents notify that the
cases of not leading of the educated children from the government sector
compelled the parents to get the student out of school and indulge them in a
practical kind of work which may later become a useful profession for such kind
of children. This is also a heart throbbing fact for the supporters of the
children go to school.
Also another factor which effects the school going decision is the heavy tuition
fees these fees not only not help the students to let them go to school and then
lead the school if not providing proper guidance for making progress in the
educational careers. The student cannot afford the tuition fee and now the aim
and enthusiasm to go to school is led down. This is also reason absence of
student from School. The school is not fulfilling its purpose the students will
to learn and grow will be also failed.
Thus there are the several factors which are affecting the children increment
percentage for going to school as the only force enrollment of the students to
the schools and making motives to enroll the more number of students in the
school is not enough. The proper system revolution of schools along with
background problems e.g poverty solution is needed to make more number of
students motivate to go to school and particularly girls.
