Ill conditioned transportation condition in Karachi

Karachi is the heart of
Pakistan and is the most heavily inhabited area of Pakistan where transportation
is the most significant aspect of life.
With the adverse transportation condition, the people of Karachi are facing
difficulties in traveling in ill conditioned buses and vans. It is even worse
for a student and an office man to be on time on their desired place. While
traveling in buses, the people face problems finding a seat to sit or a
comfortable position to even stand in buses. The availability of busses in
proportion to people is very terrible and almost negligible. Nowadays the number
of buses traveling across Karachi is very few in number and people have to stand
and wait for long hours for their desired bus to come to the bus stand. Due to
the awful condition of buses people have to stand and wait for an empty bus to
arrive or else they will have to stand at the footstep of the bus and risk their
lives inorder to reach their destinations. The troubles for the citizens do not
end here. The taxi and rickshaw drivers have also increased their fairs and
anyone who thinks of travelling in rickshaw or taxi needs to rethink as not
everyone can afford to travel in them.
You are therefore requested to draw the attention of authorities concerned to
look into this matter and try to solve the current dreadful situation by
introducing a brand new transportation system in Karachi. Also increase the
number of buses and renew the old ones as the damaged buses can harm its
travelers. In addition, kindly try and manage a proper maintenance of bus
service in Karachi as it is the cheapest and the most used source of traveling
for a common man.
