Band on pillion ride on motorcycle

Karachi is a city of lights
where we have a number of well known institutions, multinational companies,
universities, schools and colleges. Karachi is the busiest city in terms of
transportation where a large number of people have their own transport.
In Karachi a large number of people ride on motorcycles. Due to ban on pillion
ride the students, office men face difficulties in reaching their desired place
on time through the ill conditioned transportation. Our transportation system is
very much disturbed. The shortage of buses is an important problem among people
of Karachi. The large number of people can afford motor bikes for their basic
fulfillment of travelling. The bikes are very useful and used by middle class
people.
You are therefore requested to draw the attention of the concerned authorities
to look into this matter and try to release the ban on pillion ride and manage a
proper law and order situation for preventing the misuse of pillion ride on
motorcycles.
