KESC’S GOOD PERFORMANCE ON EID

No sooner did the Eid pass,
KESC again started load shedding in Karachi! On Sunday night at 12.45 am when
people were sleeping calmly, KESC, as it is its convention, started disturbing
people a lot by load shedding! Weather in Karachi has already been so hot and
stuffy due to recent rains in Sindh and the public is anxious to face load
shedding again after the Eid!
It is very appreciable that KESC continuously provided electricity till fourth
day of the Eid and no power failure was reported intentionally! I think KESC is
capable to overcome power outage easily as the Eid’s condition is before us! If
it can provide electricity on Eid without any load shedding so why not after
Eid?! It is very regrettable or pity that KESC always tries to take disadvantage
of electricity as it saves money and does not purchase furnace oil! KESC
receives entire bills but average bills as well nonetheless it does not
facilitate people of Karachi unfortunately!
I appeal to the concerned authorities to please ensure electricity without any
outage and do purchase furnace oil as people are already compelled to pay
average bills even they don’t bag electricity properly! Please let us sigh of
relief a little in this era of anarchy!
