CRUELTY UPON WAPDA CONSUMERS

As usual, The residents of IQBAL TOWN Rawalpindi have again received their Electricity Bills of the month of September 2015 on dated 5-10-2015 while the due date of the electricity Bills is 9-10-2015 and issued date of of the Electricity Bills is 30-09-2015.

Hence the Wapda is not willing to deliver the electricity Bills to their consumers at least TEN Days before due date as per strict order of the court

Similarly, It is also noted that Wapda Islamabad Region is now issuing the electricity bills Ten days before due date in stead of issuing at least
16 Days before Due date so that all consumers of Wapda should be able to get their Electricity Bills ten days before Due Date

Whenever , the billing complaints are being made to Federal Minister of Water and power and the Chairman wapda Lahore in this regard, the genuine complaints of the Wapda consumers are not being redressed for the sake of the INSANIYAT in this Islamic Country of Pakistan.

It is a clearly proof that Wapda is not obeying the Court decision and all the officers of Wapda are not willing to deliver the Electricity Bills to their consumers at least TEN days before Due Dates Similarly the wapda officers have non intention to serve their valuable consumers of Wapda in most efficiently Way, Hence It is the main reason that Wapda officers have adopted the most cruel type of bad policy to give most intensive tensions and mental worries to all Wapda Consumers by delivering electricity bills to Wapda consumers one or two days before Due Dates in rural areas and three or four days before due date in urban areas.

This bad routine of Wapda officers can cause the death of the wapda consumers by Heart Attack

It is also noted that the Contacts Nos of all XENs and SEs of Wapda are not being mentioned on the Electricity Bills.

I think that the officers of Wapda perhaps have made a bad conspiracy against the Most popular Muslim League Government in order to defame and harm the most excellent working position of Government of Mian Nawaz Sharif, the Prime Minister of Pakistan.

If it is so, then I will advise the most true and most sincere prime minister of Pakistan to take drastic action against concerned cruel and corrupted officers of Wapda

I will also advise to Prime Minister of Pakistan to retire all the Wapda Officers of Wapda whose have

1)- completed 15 years of Wapda Service

2)- Found most Inefficient and corrupted officers.

3)- possession of Bogus professional Degree Holders

4)- Non- Patriotic & Prejudiced minded Officers,

5)- Found involved in anti social activities
against Government of Pakistan etc


I will also advise the Prime Minister of Pakistan that the department of Wapda may kindly be entrusted to under strict control of Army Officers because I am of the views that only and only Army officers can run the Department of Wapda in most efficient way otherwise there is no other way to set right the most worth working position of Wapda only except army officers.

I hope that our most popular and true muslim leader and Prime Minister of Pakistan Mian Nawaz Sharif Sahib will surely set right the department of Wapda and will terminate all corrupted officers of Wapda in order to set right
The department of Wapda.

I will also advise the Prime Minister of Wapda that all the DCOS (DEPUTY COMMISSIONERS should be empowered to hold the OPEN KUTCHERY once in a week for the hearing / listening of all the complaints of the Wapda consumers in the presence of Wapda officers by calling Wapda officers in their offices every saturday

The people of Pakistan will be remained grateful to Prime Minister of Pakistan and will appreciate this good step of the Prime Minister of Pakistan in improving the working system of Wapda.
