Drop out universal phenomena of education system

School drop out is a world wide issue facing by educational department through the world. A person who stops going to a school college before completing his degree is termed as drop out. In other words a person who stops being involved in a society because he does not follow the values norms and customs of the society. According to the different gender it is affecting differently same as different in urban and rural context not only in the different exists in gender but also in levels like primary, secondary and higher but the most influencing part of it is the primary level. Different causes of it are corporal punishment, peer groups in appropriate environment and poverty, but what I perceived the most first and fore most reason is the poverty and finance due to poverty people are unable to send their children school and to support the family they start child labour. Drop out is the leading cause of child labour which is the most influencing phenomena of the world today, if we control this phenomena then we can control many notorious vices of the era. Last but not least leading cause of this issue is students and teachers interaction, by hearing or saying it is at very micro level but it is the reality that the during school college level the interaction between the students and teachers matters a lot in the education and in our context if we analyse this micro level issue the results would be deepen down than our perceptions and we did not take it seriously .
