10 BIGGEST WEIGHT LOSS MISTAKES

Fight against excessive Weight is an important feature and is necessary for a healthy living because excessive weight does not only dishevel ones figure also its hazardous to health; but getting over conscious on weight affairs is certainly not necessary if someone is a little overweight. The mistakes that people attempt are:

1. Restricted physical movement:
An important feature that most people overlook while attempting weight loss techniques is the mode of living concerning restricted physical movement. If someone just sits all the time for office work it is sure to affect the weight of the lower body for which convenient exercises should be practiced at regular intervals of moving limbs and re flexing muscles.

2. Keeping on restricted amount of food:
Some people think that dieting is just about less food intake thus keeping their stomachs empty which is not only dangerous for the health of their stomachs as it can cause ulcers etc. On the other hand when hungry they consume more food than usual i.e. they take extra meal to overcome hunger.

3. Sweets intake:
Its now well known among the common that sweets consist large amounts of calories and fat so they should be avoided but with a persistent behaviour, they should not be consumed until and unless weight targets are achieved and controlled.

4. Use of soft drinks:
Soft drinks and cola are also high calories drinks that are bound to increase weight they should be avoided by all means.

5. Junk food:
The regular intake of junk food is also an obstacle in weight loss strives because they contain cheese and butter which are a source of increasing fat in the body.

6. Lack of consistent behavior:
For a successful and retain-able weight loss consistent behavior is necessary; to avoid weight gain in future; carry on exercise and diet.

7. Irregular exercises:
Daily regular exercises should be practiced and adopt right kind of movements for exercising different parts of the body. For instance if belly is to be reduced its exercise will be different from the exercise for muscles.

8. Taking unnecessary drugs:
Some of the antidepressants are known to increase weight rapidly so any drug or medicine should be avoided if not necessary and always have the doctor's advice prior use.

9. Use of instant weight loss medicines:
Instant weight loss therapies and medicines are getting popular now a days but they have their side effects which may be long lasting, it is better to remember that slow and steady wins the race.

10. Ignorant to the causes of weight gain:
It is very important to judge the causes of weight gain so proper remedies could be taken. An occurrence of swelling should not be mistaken with bulk(fat) as it may be the result of malfunctioning of liver or certain other organ.
