agr ap apna weight kam krna chahte hain to rozana subha nashte se pehle aur khanay se pehle 2,3 glass pani pean aur chai , cofee wagera jo wazan barahti hain un cheezon ka istamaal kaam krdain .jin afraad ko backpain(kamar k dard) ki problem hain wo calcium ki tablets ya doodh,dahi ka istamaal karain.vitamin D ya subha suraj ki roshni mai atleast 10 se 15 min baithain

i used to be 77kgs,but than i realised that i have to loose weight before college.
guys its not easy but its not impossible.
im 68 now :) but still not even close to my ideal weight ,which is 55kgs according to my height (5.5)
im still on a diet..

I used to take 1 glass luke warm water (2 table spoon honey,1 lemon) and 1 cup lemon green tea in the breakfast.
I NEVER EVER ate pizza,burger,rice,cheesy food in those 2 months ,even i stopped eating ROTI and start eating mix fruits and only boiled protein (chicken or fish).

but the only thing which helped me in loosing those extra pounds was my TREDMILL ^_^
i used to walk 4-5 miles per day (40-50 minutes) if you dont have tredmill,search some cardio (yoga,zumba anything) workout on google and YOU WILL SEE YOU BELLY SHRINKING!

MOST IMP: DRINK 4-5 CUPS lemon green tea per day (with 3 hours gap).
Drink 1.5 liter day time.
whenever you feel hungry dont eat a heavy snack ,go for a cup of noodles,packed snacks (like lays chips,kurkurrey,3 biscuits or a hand full of almonds).
