hamesha apny sy nechy waly ko dekhen , aor allah ka shukkar ada karen.

i am very sad to read tha following topic.i want to be a scientist in chemistry .i have all facilities but when i think about my dear country then i feel something wrong in our personal life e.g we are far away from islasm. please pray for our country.

good and true writing m also like that i have done m.sc maths with high 2nd div and matriculation.b.sc,i.cs with high first division recently my papa had died he was employee in p.u lahore i got job now after long struggle at the fater of my papa m junior clerk now of bs(7) only what do u think m i deserving 4 that after doing masters in great subject .there r no chance 4 me in lecturer ship .kash koi reham kar lay mary degreez ko dehk kar jin officers na mujhy appoint kia un ko sharam, bhi nai aii Allah sa umeed hai k wo acha kary ga ameen ek dukhi

Please don't shed frustration, in this way you may aggravate the situation. In utter disappointment we feel cathartic by this type of views. We need to compete in such adverse and heartrending environment where merit has least value. But in spite of all this, it is undeniable that private, and corporate sector never hire incompetent and duffer people. They definitely exploit you but you need to become their need. Try to understand their goals and assure them to help them meet. You need to create job don't search to find, be aggressive in this way to snatch your right.We blame many thing but we don't try to deem that we have to live in such culture, so we have to adjust in it. Aftab bhai great article, I am the victim of this kind of problem, I done BTECH in Electrical Technology and I obtained 3.70/4.0 in BTECH and obtain grade "A" in DAE Electrical and Obtain Grade "A' also in Matric, In my whole education period I worked Hard to achieve my desire Goal but in this Painful country I am still jobless and can't get a Job.
The job is only for those which have ability to give rupees and if they have sifaarash then he could get job not others...............

yes, agree, there are very less opportunities for degrees holder to start his practical life.. but i think, who passes his degree with concepts and in high grades. never face problems in finding the job. i have observed, only 2nd and 3rd divisioner are trying hard to find the suitable job... Good grades are achieved by hard work, and Allah never overlook the hard work of anybody!!!!!!!!
