If facebook were a country it
would now be the fourth biggest country in the world. Think about it for a
second. While you were checking your news feed this morning, or scoping your
friends new profile picture, did you realize that you now had dual citizenship?
We spend a great amount of time everyday on facebook uploading pictures,
comments, sharing personal information through out the world. I liked how a
writer said in her article published in USA the other week that “Facebook is a
thirty minute step to get social”. There is no doubt that socializing is good
and we should be aware about the happenings of the world but anything to extreme
is harmful and yet has many disadvantages.
People sharing too personal information on such social websites face many
troubles as hacking is very common these days. They should realize that what
ever they put on facebook like pictures, status or anyother personal information
is no more personal as soon as they hit the update key after that it get's
public. So I would request the users especially yougnsters to avail this huge
social networking website to aware people about their country.
