Suicide blast in Khyber agency including 11 killed tribal journalists.

2016, Suicide bomber blew himself in the area of Khyber agency near security
Check post on Tuesday morning. In the result of the blast 21 people were injured
and 11 died on the spot.
The incident took place near Takhta Bag Check post, where the suicide bomber
blew the explosive, which he was whose carrying on motor cycle. Blast hit the
line officer Nawab Shah and four other security officials, whose were on duty. A
tribal journalist Mahbob shah also killed in the blast.
Civilians who were near to the check post were also injured in the blast, 21
people injured including one child were shifted to the Hayat Abad medical
complex for medical treatment.
After the blast local reached to spot and shifted the dead bodies to hospital,
according to the security official it seems that suicide bomber target was
security forces, security official reached to the spot and they cordon off the
area and started investigation. According to the security official that blast
was a suicide, they also found the motor cycle chassis and engine number for
investigation.
Political agent Khyber agency Shahab Ali Shah reached to the hospital to check
the status of injured peoples, hospital management confirmed that seven injured
in hospital in critical condation.
Funeral prayers of the suicide blast dead were offered in different areas of
Bara area, tribal Journalist Mahbob Ali funeral prayer also pray in the area of
Qamber Khel. Its news worthy that police found four dead bodies near to Khyber
agency and after that suicide blast occurred in Khyber agency.
Tehreek Taliban Pakistan claim the responsibility of the suicide attack in
Khyber agency, the commander of TTP Maqbool Dawar talked journalist from unknown
place said that our target was security official not local journalist.
