System(s) In Pakistan

Sir: All the corruption, failures, mishaps and misuse of resources from top to bottom level are due to the system implemented at that particular level. Terrorism, the burning question of these days, is also due to the failures in the system. All the terrorists are human beings like the victims of terrorism then why they are more powerful, they are not due to weapons. They are more powerful due to weaknesses in our systems like security and some black sheep and these black sheep are due to wrong review system. Why our leaders are not sincere with Pakistan because our system of selection is totally opposite to the teachings of Islam. Our Government sector is facing a lot of problems because there is no one to check the system, update the system .why officers do corruption in their dealings because they know that their boss is also involved in these activities and he will never asses their work . The ‘PUNCHAIT’ system is also in list of wrong systems which is creating a lot of problems in rural areas. At some stages good people are under compulsion of the system to do wrong deeds for their survival in the system. Why people drive carefully at motorway while they drive rashly in the city because there is no effective system of traffic in the city while at motorway there is better system to handle the traffic. So there is a need to correct our systems first to make any organization, department or sector successful.
