Sorry II

Once upon a time there was a boy named Ali. He was very foolish. Whenever he met a girl or boy he made fun of them. Soon were his exams but he didn’t study a bit. Then it was Ali’s result and he was having fun and in a mischievous mood. His mum and dad went to his school and sat down in the hall. The announcements started at eleven o’ clock. First in class was Rameen and second was Abdullah and third was Alisha. His mum and dad were very angry. Why had Ali not come first? Then they went to his classroom. His teacher was standing there. His teacher told them that Ali had failed. His mother was shocked and his father was furious. They took the report card and went home. Ali was sitting and reading a story book. His mother shouted, “YOU HAVE FAILED!” Ali was smiling. His father slapped him and said, “Why have you failed?” Then, when Ali didn’t answer, he again slapped him in his temper. Ali began crying. Then his father asked, “Will you not study again?” Ali answered, “I promise I will. I am sorry.” His father sighed. Then Ali started studying like a nice, good boy. Then it was time for exams again. Finally, it was result day and he came … First!! His parents were very happy and proud of him. So was Ali.
