Where the problems of
government and private sectors, all the professionals peoples, landlord and
politicians crises have been un-limitedly increased.
Similarly, the problems of Punjab Police and Pakistan Police have been blackened
their houses.
These we many problem of Punjab Police, Punjab Constabulary, Eliet Force,
Special Branch, CID and IB Police. Their salaries cannot fulfill their expenses.
The constable of Punjab Police and other police are enrolled on only 10 thousand
rupees salaries. Mostly enrolled people enroll by bribe and influence. A few
numbers of peoples enroll on merit. After joining police, they have to stand on
duty for sixteen or eighteen hours instead of eight hours. Owing this, many
policeman become fretful police perform duty in and out police station with
their officers, management or administration officer and justice officer and
requite presentation. They cannot go to their homes for many years or months and
days. Many police man are not allowed for holydays even Eid-ul-Fitter,
Eid-ul-Azha and other festival. Even on the death of their brothers, sisters,
illness of their parents and their death because they have to meet every type of
circumstances easy and difficult. Many police men become fretful because they
remain in trouble and depression in and outside of the offices every time. They
have low income. If they take bribe from complainant, the problem of applicant
does not solve then they remain in depression and trouble every time. Many
police officers do not take bribe directly due to their disgrace or they would
be catch in the grip of their officers they take bribe through your subordinate
clearly, action would be taken against them who would take bribe and
subordinators would be caught in the case of bribe and superiors officers would
be escaped due to this reason subordinate officers would have to face much
trouble if the case is registered against any innocent due to pressure of
politicians or effective persons and bribe then also the action will be taken
against them who register the case. In these circumstances, I request to all
police to follow up the Islamic Principals and Laws to avoid all these problems
and spend their lives and their incomes and keep trust on God.
God said in Holy Quran without any doubt God is with those peoples who have
patience. We cannot meet justice in any field in our country, similarly,
salaries and facilities are provided to NH, PMP, CID, ISI, Patrolling police and
other employees of federal agencies three times greater than Punjab Police.
Similarly, patrolling police have provided facilities and salaries two times
greater and their duties of eight hours spend in enjoyment. Like this, the
patrolling police work is to control the crimes on roads. But they also spend
their times in enjoyment. Criminals use to way of rough roads and rough ways to
leave the smooth roads. They know that police take found on roads every time.
They avoid passing on these roads.
Criminals have occupied on many police stations and posts, they also provide
protection to criminals. It is urgent need to keep on eyes on these police
stations. Similarly, it is also need to keep on eyes on NH, PMP. In this case
Journalist, justice, and agencies and army pay an important role. Government
should decrees the prices of articles and provision instead of increase the
crises.
Police should act upon on their officers advices in publish Monthly Mohafiz,
Lahore because their higher officers make letters, policies to them and also in
this way, one corn know the worries of others but in comparison police have less
salaries and privileges to and other field officers. Other filed officers duties
are only for 8 hours I would be better to increase their salaries and facilities
