According to Quran and Hadith Alllah never send an alien army to angish people but its a loud voice more over Prophet Ibrahim was neither a jew nor a christian but he was a pure muslim and not from idolaters. Jihad (fight in the way of true God (Allah) is the duty of a believer of any time or era. Emotional love is nothing as compare to love for True God.

The literal meaning of dajjal is anti-Christ and terminological meaning is one eyed evil. The terminological meaning of Christianity is a religion in which people follow bible whereas the literal meaning if Christianity is spiritual purification. so dajjal is a man or system against spiritual purification .dajjal will have a mountain of bread but he will give it to only those who will bow down before him/it leaving the principles of life (belief in allah, prophets, prayer, fasting, charity, pilgrimage, crusade e.t.c.) given by Allah but believers will face extremely severe difficulties and will neither accept him as prophet nor as God.dajjal will try to enter holy places like Makah, Medina, masjid e aqsa and masjid e toor but will fail because the angels of Allah will defend these places .the hypocrites will be forced to get out of medina. Earth quake will take place in medina for thrice. Imam Mahdi will had already prepared an army in medina .along with this army Prophet Eesa (jesus) will go and will finish Dajjal. The companions of dajjal are preparing our world for him. These companions include Jews, liberal women and some hypocrites .

There are some verses in Holy Quran which relates with the character of Dajjal and satanic people and ways to keep away from him/it. Recite carefully.
