Life is getting complexive day
by day.Literacy rate of education is increasing rapidly.Now-a-days,this era is
more competitive for every individual of society.There’s strong link between
society and education.Education teaches us the way of living in society.It
facilitates us to move on society in which we dwells among pepple.Education is
not only concerned with books,it is concerned with the growth and development of
entire personality of individual.It involves individual’s knowledge, skills,
abilities, values, manners, behavior.It also involves emotional, intellectual,
social and physical growth of a person. Education tells us how to live?what to
do? and where to go?It engages individual’s in the life long process of
education.Education enhancing our abilities,knowledge and it modifies our
behavior.Hence,education changes our entire life and gives it a right path of
living.

He said that:”Education is not a preparation of life,but its life itself.”
According to Nelson Mandela(South African President):
“Education is the most powerful weapon we can use to change the world.”
In this digital era,education is must for all but our education is getting worst
because of some sociological factors affecting education.Education and
sociological factors are equally responsible for the development of
leadership.Sociological factors are influenced on individual’s behavior,values
and believes.It is very difficult to discuss all factors but here are few of
them for consideration and betterment of our education system.There are too much
hurdles that to be eliminated in our education system.
Firstly,Selections are on sources,but it should be on merit basis.There’s a lack
of co-curricular activities,it shpuld be arranged must for students to show
their hidden talent.We study old curriculum in this era.Our parents also studied
this old curriculum so it should be change and redisgned.Curriculum should be
designed according to student’s mental level.There’s lack of
resources.Classrooms designed according to minimum strength of students.Ideal
strength of students in each class is 25.If students are above 25,then should
make sections of each class.After completion of studies,they should provide
opportunities according to every individual’s skills and abilities.
Culture is also affecting.Poverty,which is perennial problem of our education as
well as of our society.mostly parents can’t educate their children because of no
income.They can’t afford exorbitant fee and can’t send their children to
school.It count a lot if anybody belongs to poor family.
Another factor is population,which is affected economically as well as
sociologically.
Peace should must in all educational institutes.Parent’s education is also
important factor, because if parents are educated,they can easily guide their
children in all aspects of life.
Our classroom environment which is not ideal.teachers can’t teach well if
environment is not maintained.Discipline should be must maintained by teacher
because teacher is role play model for students.Teacher should have command on
subject matter.Teacher should avoid from making groups because social grouping
is also a problem.Teachers should avoid to discuss religious topics in
class.They should provide amiable environment to the students.And specially
Teachers should avoid from favoritism in class.It is very common issue in all
educational institutes.Teacher’s responsibility is to develop the emotions of
cooperation and coordination among students.
Politics plays a vital role in education system.which completely spoil
educational policies.
If educationists set policies for five years,after that if government change,new
government set new one before implementation.It is our weakness that before
implementation government abolish old policies and set their new one.
Government or private sectors should provide funds for poor students.They should
provide scholarships to intelligent and deserving students for their bright
future.
Educationists should planned everything before set policies.
These are the factors that creates a lot of hurdles in our education which
spoils the whole personality of every person.We should consider these factors,if
we neglect these, the entire education system will be destroy.
