Request To Chief Justice

As there are many problem which
pakistani people are facing. One of them is load sheading. From last few years
we are facing this problem. Every new minister give us hope that till december
loadsheading will not be there. But load sheading remain there, the question
arises why ?why this problem is not solved yet, some people think that minister
of light did not try to work on light .May be they are right ,but i have some
other proofs.
I did not know what happen in Punjab, but i know about sindh. I have seen many
areas wher light is using illegal. In karachi there are many areas where
wapda person did not go and the people of there use light without paying bill. I
live in hyderabad and i know the situation, here the wapda have made a business
of "direct light", through which you can use A.C all the day and all the month
and you have to pay only 1000 rupees in month.
That not end, in many other cities that business is going on top. Now i want to
ask question that how loadsheding will be improved. I just request to chief
justice that take serious action on that.
