SZABIST is offering Bachelors
of Mechatronics Engineering, a modern multidisciplinary Engineering program.
Furthermore, SZABIST is providing a scholarship of 25% of tuition fee to each
admitted student.Since, its relatively new field, so I will give brief insight
to Mechatronics engineering.
A mechatronics engineer unites the principles of mechanics, electronics, and
computing to generate a simpler, more economical, reliable and versatile system.
Examples of mechatronics systems include aircraft, motor vehicles, automated
manufacturing plants, medical and surgical devices and systems, robots of all
types, etc.
Mechatronics engineering is a new focus area in engineering that promises to
become even more important in the future, both in Pakistan as well as
internationally. With automation as the current key to productivity, the need
for mechatronics increases by the day.
In summary, Mechatronics is a field with a future, exciting career opportunities
and a huge range of applications, such as; robotics, aerospace, automotive,
manufacturing, chemical , computers, communications, electronics, healthcare,
etc.
