Issue of CNG

Nowadays there is a common
issue for the masses that transport have become an everyday hassle because there
is shortage of CNG and most buses are running on CNG.
All over the Pakistan there are around 3,500 CNG stations fueling about 3.6
million vehicles, and 90 percent of public transport vehicles including buses,
vans, cabs, rickshaws, mini buses and Suzuki vans use CNG.
The shutdown of CNG stations has created unemployment for those engaged in CNG
stations. Due to the gas shortage, CNG stations in Karachi are frequently being
shut down every week, bringing a halt to public transport as a majority of them
have converted to CNG in the past.
I request the authorities that they should find the solutions to facilitate both
the transporters and the public by introducing innovative solutions to the
problems at hand.
