10 million Cards should be
introduced at Utility Stores, each card worth should be one million pak rupees
and the CARD Holders Should be given 50% discounts as compare to the market rate
and they are allowed to purchase but not more than fifty thousand rupees per
month only.
By this way Govt., could generate Finance of 10,000,000,000,000/---- Rs., (10
Trillion) Rs., This FUND should be utilized in all constructive projects,
agriculture, water canals, micro finance, electricity,
cotton/leather/cement/Precious Stones/I.T industries, Education and Health to
increase the Export as well.
The production and distribution for the new Clients could be adjusted according
the demand but could be given One million cards annually to the Public.
Hope after this no need of taking loans from any Country or Bank.
