To drink most of water is not good

 Recently research said that a person who think about drinking most of water keep you slim then u think wrong. These people who keep dieting and drink 8 glass of water just wasting their time to do that. Researcher says that if these people instead drinking of water eat the food which have high quantity of water like rice, soup, fruit and vegetable then they have good result and help to glow their face. To getting their prove practically researcher have done the research over 100 women also measure their waist and weight. They also look after that how many, they drink water.

Researcher teams also noticed that all the liquidity thing like water, coffee, tea, etc goes to our abdomen, these things doesn't have any relation to our body size. They don't effect at all instead of eating thing which included, water make their size and body shape smaller.

Tokyo university researches said, that we also look after how much that women do exercise , how much they ate. How many time they eat per a day. And why water and all kind of liquid thing doesn't effected at all.

They also say that maybe bcz rice, soup all the high quantity of water thing have most quietly of fiber that why they effect more then any liquidity thing. They also said that after eating the food which have been watering we eat less but after drinking the, we eat more bcz our stomach is not full.
