6. Lack of consistent behavior:
For a successful and retain-able weight loss consistent behavior is necessary; to avoid weight gain in future; carry on exercise and diet.

Daily regular exercises should be practiced and adopt right kind of movements for exercising different parts of the body. For instance if belly is to be reduced its exercise will be different from the exercise for muscles.

8. Taking unnecessary drugs:
Some of the antidepressants are known to increase weight rapidly so any drug or medicine should be avoided if not necessary and always have the doctor's advice prior use.

9. Use of instant weight loss medicines:
Instant weight loss therapies and medicines are getting popular now a days but they have their side effects which may be long lasting, it is better to remember that slow and steady wins the race.

10. Ignorant to the causes of weight gain:
It is very important to judge the causes of weight gain so proper remedies could be taken. An occurrence of swelling should not be mistaken with bulk(fat) as it may be the result of malfunctioning of liver or certain other organ.
