Confusion & kayos

(Syed Haseen Abbas Madani, Karachi)

Population of the country, which require Discipline which is maintained by the three pillars of the state.

1. Government, which implements Governance to maintain the discipline, safety and security.
2. Army, to keep the country safe from the outer and inner enemies.
3. Judiciary to arrange the rule of law to keep the balance between above three. It differentiates human being with the animal. Without rule of Law no society can survive. Public, Government and the Army establishment. All have to respect and obey the justice, and this attitude keeps them unite and resultantly they can live in peace.

Population elects persons to form the Government to control the distribution of the resources with in the frame work of peace and respect, which looks after the living with balance and the distribution of resources as per the ability and the efforts of the population. They have full liberty to adopt any source of income but with in the safe lawful efforts, not through illegal means.

The population needs safety and protection from the outer and inner enemies. Military is formed to meet this requirement.

Now the Govt. recruits and forms the Military Institution and they have to obey lawful command of President or Prime Minister.

Government is the most powerful institution and it is elected by the people and it works for the people. Due to the human psychology, a person can be greedy, and corrupt, he makes money and makes theft from other resources (which has already been experienced in many under developed counties but in the Democracy Parliament can check him, as the prices are controlled by the competition. If the sellers make a cartel so they can increase the prices as much as high, as we experience every day. This can be controlled by the Govt. Law and order.

In case of the Chief Executive of the country is greedy and corrupt and he makes unlawful money, who will check him out.

Judiciary is the only solicitor and protector of the public because they are the only weakest party. Govt. and its machinery is always very power full and the persons in this administration take advantages of their posts and status (this is also unfair).

If the Chief Executive is interested in corruption then he can make cartel and buy the whole parliament and paying every one as per his status and position so the kayos will be started and if this practice is not stopped, for the population where to go.

They make the public fool, saying that they have mandate, they do not concern of any thing like economic disorder, criminal activities increasing of unemployment, law and order situation. They are only interested to make money and after the implosion of the country they will shift to any other strong country. The money is belongs to the public, often they cheat by commissioning on the purchases from other countries etc.

In this case judiciary is the only Institution, can safe public money, but they try the defiance
They fight with the judiciary.

Here in our country Democracy can not prosper, this system is not made for corrupt and ignorant societies, more over our voter is not aware of the holiness of the vote. Most of them are mentally slave and can not think that all the human beings are equal. They bow down to the status like rich man, Waderas, Maliks , and never know the responsibility of the voting.

Even our so called intellectuals have the same mind set, I heard Mrs.Asima Jehangeer saying that the restriction of the Graduation imposed by the Gen.Musharraf for the parliament was unnecessary, look what happened to her, for the Govt. she prefers illiterate and ignorant persons to come in the parliament and implode the country. What is the output of this implementation that the members of the Parliament proved guilty of fake degrees, so they are criminal and still on their seats, what a ……country?

Reconciliation policy is also very good every one is free to make money by any means will never have the heavy hand of law, people killing and have killed hundreds of persons no one caught and punished.

If the general public is not standing with the judiciary and the judiciary insulted and lost its status so the poor man will be living just like animals in the jungle and have to face it’s law.
