The trial of the Prim Minister
is actually the trial of poor people of Pakistan and a great mental disturbance.
The messy political situation is defining the Democracy as it is a system to
make a cartel of Party and Parliament to rob the entire population of the
country for their vested interest.
In any society the rule of law with the justice is always guarantee the good
governance.
But here in our country the justice is delayed denied and insulted, they have
created insulting terminology to degrade the justice like judicial murder. They
are continuously repeating that the president has the immunity and not only in
Pakistan but through out the world internationally. I do not understand, mostly
they are shouting for the humanity and justice and also insisting of the
immunity of the president. In the eyes of law every one is equal and no body is
above the law, if some body will be above the law it will be inhuman.
Our holy prophet says” the nations having different laws for the poor and the
different laws for their respectable were wiped off from the face of earth. More
he says that even if the Fatima (RA his daughter) will commit crime she will be
equal in the punishment as the poor woman will get.”
Pakistan is an Islamic country and the Islamic human charter never discriminates
people if they are powerful or weak justice is the same for every one.
They are saying that they will never go out of constitution and respect it, but
where, it is very clear that any law contradicts with Islamic principles is
subjected to be null and void. This claim of immunity is against Islamic
principles.
If you see the same in international aspect there are my examples that people
just resigned only on the blame, or punished for any of their illegal act.
This case of contempt of court has created a great fuss and the govt. is still
acting stub born. May I ask that the person who is working against the interest
of the Nation and trying to save one person for his crimes is not subjected to
be trialed for this act of treachery? He is neither doing good for him nor for
the nation.
The case in the Swiss court can bring the life to our suffocating economy, and
it will ease our country to breath well. This is the matter of life and death
for this Nation.
The economy has been spoiled ostensibly for some of their own interests, and
they do not care of the population of the country. They feel pride for their
reconciliation policy and practically have given immunity to every criminal,
what we are experiencing on the streets every day in term of lawlessness, target
killing, looting, mobile snatching, is very common. No criminal caught, so the
question of punishment does not arise.
They are promoting unemployment, through fuel prices and crushing the economics
of the country. They claim that they have a history of sacrifice, true we the
public are their sacrificial goats. They are killing the innocent public by the
Drones.
They have spoiled the Institutions needless to name them, every one knows that
where is PIA, Steel Mill, Railways, Industry is almost finished and the currency
is falling down, the state bank is informing the tsunami of high prices in next
two months.
It is very clear that there are lot of cases to be filed against this act of
worst governance.
The country is dieing and our politicians are trying to save the system because
this is the only modern Democracy by which they can take a revenge and able to
make mountains of money. They are waiting for their terms. They are so naive
that if the country will not exist, on which structure they can save the system.
They all are driving this country towards the status of failed state. Because
due to the the money laundering the debts have been so high. I do not know that
the country can clear this in a century, the only way, is the money should be
back, and to increase the economic activities by reversing the fuel prices to
its actual level and the heavy taxes on the fuel must be removed. The country
friendly policies are the only remedy for this crises of life and death.
Most of the time they refer the international market's prices these are all the
trick to make common man fool. Because they see international market but they do
not see the international salaries for the common man.
The case of contempt has been prolonged and after today the Prime Minister is in
Hang on position, we can understand the consequences and the outcome of this
situation in respect of daily governmental issues. The learned lawyer is very
happy that he has taken much time. I have never imagined that a person just for
a big money can embarrass the fellow countrymen.
Remember if the justice denied it will be having worst consequences which they
even cannot imagine because Allah is always watching and he protects his
creature. If some one over through the bindings of Law and disregard the court
then the decree from Allah cannot be stopped.
