Today, we are living in a modern world. Not everyone uses modern devices but it means they have enough knowledge to use every online website or other online activity. Information Technology is enhancing its own strength but people do have not enough knowledge to use every device. Not everyone is a degree holder in different fields. We are living with mixed communities and different categories of people who have knowledge of IT and most people did not aware of it. Especially, I have endorsed the sub-continent literacy rate where people have not 100% percent literate. The literacy rate in Pakistan and India is almost 30-45 percent and hence, the attitude of our institutions has been regretted. Today every job vacancy is advertised online. It is ridiculous. In Pakistan literacy rates are lower than in modern states nevertheless, 100% percent of job vacancies are advertised online. There is no training program introduced for poor people to teach in this regard.
Which class of community trying to be happy by our institutions? It is unfortunate not to produce good teachers and expert advisers to review online policy according to the nature of the people and knowledge. I am not against online education but it seems so difficult and hence, the application procedure is difficult day by day. The class distinction is on the high pick. The online procedure of the Punjab Service Commission is very difficult. It is two-way communication, which creates more gaps between Federal employees and provincial employees.
Come to the point, Information Technology should encourage but those who do have not enough knowledge should relax on different categories. People are using mobile devices and hence, it is not aware of the healthy website to utilize. Moreover, the various application apps are not helpful for youngsters. The parents are directly responsible for checking children's activities. The Google Play stores on mobile devices are helping to download any apps or install any applications. The Google apps give freehand to its user to download any application without any further investigation.
Some apps are demanding to allow your devices access, photo, gallery, and contact which is dangerous to your safety and security. You should aware of it and any apps, which are accessible to your mobile devices, may not allow downloading. Nevertheless, some are apps are very good and without access to install easily on your mobile. For example Ten sport, YT studio, Al Quran, Dawn, etc free to install on your mobile device.
