Fuqahaa are well known.. (Shaykh Dr, Saalih Fawzan hafithahullah)

And the people of knowledge are (well) known. Not everyone with a Certificate who graduated from a faculty, not everyone memorizes ahaadeeth or memorizes aayaat, not everyone who has read the books Become a Faqeeh.

The Fuqahaa' are (well) known amongst the people.

But some people, or rather, a lot of people only want to benefit themselves, searching for that which benefit themselves. Even if he were speaking to the most ignorant of people. or Even the most astray of all people.

What is important is that it can be according to his desires and what he wants. But in fact this is a great danger especially in these times. Because the scholars have become few (in number). The fuqahaa' have become few and the reciters (of Qur'an) have become many. The reciters have become many in number. And the Fuqahaa' have become few. And in his (the prophet) saying, may Allaah send salutations and peace be upon him:

‏ "‏ إِنَّ اللَّهَ لاَ يَقْبِضُ الْعِلْمَ انْتِزَاعًا، يَنْتَزِعُهُ مِنَ الْعِبَادِ، وَلَكِنْ يَقْبِضُ الْعِلْمَ بِقَبْضِ الْعُلَمَاءِ، حَتَّى إِذَا لَمْ يُبْقِ عَالِمًا، اتَّخَذَ النَّاسُ رُءُوسًا جُهَّالاً فَسُئِلُوا، فَأَفْتَوْا بِغَيْرِ عِلْمٍ، فَضَلُّوا وَأَضَلُّوا ‏"‏‏.

Verily, Allaah does not take..
Verily Allaah..

Verily, Allaah doesn't take away this knowledge..
... does not take away this knowledge by snatching it from the breasts of men.."

But rather, this knowledge is only taken away through the death of the scholars."

But rather, this knowledge, is only taken away through the death of the scholars.

Until when there does not remain any scholar. the people will take (religious) leaders that are ignorant. And they will pass religious verdicts without any knowledge. And so they go astray and lead others astray.
(sahih bukhari, hadeeth number: 100)

La howla wala quwwata illa billah.

There is no strength nor power except with Allaah.

We are afraid (to say) that this has started in our time. And we have to take caution and fear precaution. And to.. and to choose the people of knowledge and the thiqah (trustworthy) people as much as possible. As much as possible, and with those in this present time as much as possible. As for the scholars from before and the ahbaar, these people have passed. But the best of those at the present time fear Allaah as much as you are able to.

We ask Allaah to grant us success, and to you, in recognizing the truth and acting upon it. And may Allaah send salutations and peace upon our Prophet Muhammad and his family and the his companions, ameen.
