Dowry Cancer
Dowry is cancer. In simple words dowry is a transfer of parental property, gifts or money at the marriage of a daughter. Every family or man is not greedy as like five fingers are not equal. Parents are suffering from this cancer. Cancer is disease in which person die very harshly even he or she attempted treatment. Exact like that, parents starting die from the age of her daughter 20, they do struggle day and night, save rupees for their daughter weddings like drop by drop and
demands of people very highly listed. According to Islam dowry is allowed but in the limitations. The 21st century is the era in which dowry is more important than girl, her feelings and financials. What the hell is that, how parents are survive from the first day of her. Serve their whole life for the betterment of their children and what they get at the end, taking apart in the visage of marriage? And then given dowry so much with her? Is that wedding or contract of a daughter’s happiness? Once upon Hazrat Muhammad (P.B.UH) asked to Hazrat Ali ( R.A) for given dowry with him daughter Hazrat Fatima (R.A) and in the reply of Hazrat Muhammad P.B.U.H, Hazrat Ali rejected this offer, and the Hazrat Muhammad (P.B.U.H) replied him, I given her only those things which are needed, no more extra things. When Islam given us simple things, laws, rules so why we can’t follow them. In my each article I indicated the government because this is only source which make legal laws, rules and regulations. The main difference between provincial and federal government is
that federal government has virtuous write to criminal laws, then why did not take government action for this non sense or greedy movement. India is the epicenter of dowry. There are two types of dowry, mandatory dowry and discretion dowry. Mandatory dowry refers to demanded dowry and discretionary dowry given as a gift to the bride by her family Obviously this is in Islam gave dowry to daughter as a gift or cash, but the demanded dowry? Does it allow in Islam the groom family gave a high list to parental? No! there is no concept of demanded dowry, humanity at the end of its peak, if parents did not accept the demands then the groom family either end the relation or burnt their daughters. If we implement on the Islamic Hadith Islamic rules, then obviously we live peacefully in society.
