It has been observed that the
future of students from rural areas is not as bright as the students from urban
centers ; and this is because of two main reasons. Firstly, the lack of well
organized education system, due to which students cannot get proper knowledge in
their twelve years of education. And the second reason is the lack of proper
guidance and counseling for a new future. Students waste their precious time
preparing for Pre- medical entrance tests and only 30 to 40 students from every
district succeed, while other waste their year and jump into the river of same
competition again, the following year.
Government needs to make an effective strategy for the betterment of the
educational system and there should be counselors who can visit schools and
colleges in rural areas for proper counseling of students.
They must also introduce new technologies and other professional fields, apart
from medical and engineering, because these are not the only professions to
pursue.
