being attached to the field of
education gives strange feelings. but it is not always a relaxation being a
teacher. teaching is the most sensitive profession o a nation. a teacher has to
built the nation. teacher has not only to deliver the knowledge to the pupil but
also train them about the behaviors, attitude, manners, values, civilization and
much more.
in past when "paisa" had not get so much importance in our lives, when we were
not focusing on the show off, when we were not interested in earning too much
livelihood, when lie was easy to live, teachers were doing justice with their
profession. they were giving and receiving the due respect o the post. they were
treating their students as their real child and hence were fulfilling the demand
of the quote" teacher is the spiritual parent of the child" that was the time
when we were true while saying that our real parents brought us down from the
sky to the earth but Teacher raised us to the heights of the sky..
that was the time when students were obeying the elders especially their
teachers. when parents were giving much importance to the teachers' words. when
parents were quite aware of the performance and behavior of their child. when
parents considered that the real love is to provide better teaches to their
child.
in education, the triangle o teachers, parents and the child is very important
to be considered. in past the three ends o the triangle stayed in touch with
each other. the two major characters; parents and teachers, were more concerned
about the child. they were well aware of their responsibility so we were getting
best output in form o civilize persons.
but now a days unfortunately due to several reasons parents have get much
involved in the race o earning money. they are not giving the due attention to
their child. teachers are less paid. teachers are frustrated and always in hurry
to complete the heavy syllabus. consequently the student is not getting the
things he deserves.
the students have developed many interests other than studies which is ruining
their characters and personalities.
please for Allah's sake pay attention to the future of our nation.. don't let
them be spoiled...
