Ingredients
  1. Chicken small piece Gram 1000
  2. Ghee / Oil Tea cup 1
  3. Ginger Paste / Garlic paste Table Spoon 2
  4. Ginger straws grams 60
  5. Malir Chili Paste Table Spoon 2
  6. Salt Table spoon 01
  7. Oil / Ghee Tea cup 1
  8. Ginger Garlic Paste Table Spoon 2
  9. Crushed Black Pepper Table Spoon 1
  10. Crushed white cumin Table Spoon 1
  11. Crushed Coriander Powder Table Spoon 1
  12. Fresh tomatoes cut in t cubesGrams 500
  13. Youghery Tea Cup Half
  14. Green chilies Tea Cup 1
  15. Fresh Methi if not available dry Tab spoon 1
Method
  • Pour ghee / oil in wok when become hot add ginger & garlic paste
  • Add chicken pieces, ginger straws, Chili paste and salt mix chicken thoroughly
  • Reduce heat and let the chicken cooked on medium heat for 15 minutes
  • Meanwhile take another wok add ghee or oil when become hot add ginger/garlic paste
  • Sauté few seconds then add crushed black pepper, coriander and cumin powder
  • After few seconds add tomato cubes and sauté with spices when become smooth
  • Add youghery (Beaten) in Masala further sauté for few seconds
  • Now remove chicken from heat and add in this gravy mix chicken thoroughly
  • With gravy reduce flame add Methi and green chilies cook for another few seconds
  • Remove from heat serve Hot Garnish with Fresh coriander and Ginger Straws
