Ingredients
  1. Boneless chicken cubes 750 grams
  2. Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  3. Tandoori masala 3 tbsp heaped
  4. Lemon juice 2tbsp
  5. Ketchup 4 tbsp
  6. Chili garlic sauce 2tbsp
  7. Wooster sauce 2tbsp
  8. BP sauce 1tbsp
  9. Diced Capsicum 1
  10. Diced Onion 1
  11. Diced Tomato 1
  12. Green chilies 4
  13. Ginger slices 1tbsp
  14. Oil ¼ cup
Method
  • 1. Marinate 750 grams of boneless chicken cubes with 1tbsp ginger garlic paste, 3 tbsp tandoori masala for 20 min.
  • 2. Heat oil in pan, add 1tbsp ginger slices and marinated chicken and fry for 10 min.
  • 3. Then add 2tbsp Wooster sauce, 2tbsp Chili garlic sauce, 1tbsp BP sauce, 4 tbsp Ketchup.
  • 4. Now add 1 Diced Capsicum, 1 Diced Tomato, 1 Diced Tomato, 1 Diced Onion and 4 green chilies.
  • 5. Serve with boiled rice
