Ingredients
  1. Chicken breast2
    Oil3 – 4 tbsp
    Coconut milk1 cup
    Flat noodles½ packet
    Bean sprout½ cup
    Boiled eggs2
    Bean curd sliced2
    Coriander leaves chopped¼ bunch
    Spring onion chopped2
    Fresh red chilies chopped2 – 3
    Lemon juice1 tbsp
    Ginger garlic paste1 tbsp
    Onio1
    Turmeric½ tsp
    Fresh cream2 tbsp
    Leek 1 medium piece
    Celery stick1 medium piece
    Saltto taste
    Black pepperpowder¼ tsp
Method
  • Heat 3 – 4 tbsp oil in a wok, add 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste and 2 sliced chicken breast, sauté till its color is changed.
    Then add in ½ tsp turmeric, salt to taste, ¼ tsp black pepper powder, 1 cup coconut milk, chopped leek and chopped celery stick. Cook for 2 – 3 minutes.
    Now add boiled noodles, bean sprout, fried bean curd, chopped coriander leaves, chopped spring onion leaves and chopped fresh red chilies. Mix well and cook for 2 – 3 minutes.
    Lastly add lemon juice, fresh cream, chopped boiled eggs and chopped onion. Mix well and serve with boiled rice/sauté vegetable.
