Chicken k piece wash ker k rekhn phr dahi main sb masala mila k chicken k piece dal k 4 hours k leye rekdye phir sb ko halki aag pe rekhe ta ke chicken gal jye jb chicken hojye tu os ko nikal lyn baki masa ko thora gara hone tk pakaye or chula band kerdyen.. chicken ko fry kere thora or phir wo dahi jo gara pakaya tha os ko in piece pe legaye end main sb piece steam keren 10 min.... mezedar steam roaste tayar hai lemon or salad k sath khaye......
