Ingredients
  1. 1) 6 chicken legs (drumsticks)
  2. 2) 3 tablespoons oil
  3. 3) 2 tablespoons vinegar
  4. 4) 1 teaspoon sugar
  5. 5) 1 teaspoon ginger
  6. 6) 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  7. 7) pepper
  8. 8) 1/2 teaspoon salt
Method
  • 1. Skin the chicken.
  • 2. Make three shallow slashes into the flesh on both sides.
  • 3. Whisk the oil, vinegar and spices.
  • 4. Brush some of the spicy mixture over the drumsticks before placing in the pan.
  • 5. Pour rest of mixture over.
  • 6. Grill the drumsticks for about 20 minutes, or until cooked turning them over about halfway through cooking and brushing them with the spicy mix.
