Shrimp Toast with Sesame Seed

Ingredients:

Prawns 300 gm
Spring onion 1
Egg 1
Bread slices 4
Green chilies 4 – 5
Sesame seeds ½ cup
Garlic 4 – 5 cloves
Ginger 1 piece
Sesame oil 1 tsp
Vinegar 1 tsp
Corn flour 2 tbsp
Oil for fry
Salt to taste

Method:
In chopper put together 1 spring onion, 300 gm prawns, 4 – 5 cloves of garlic, 1 piece of ginger, 1 egg, salt to taste, 2 tbsp corn flour and 4 – 5 green chilies. Chopparize finely and make into thick paste. Remove mixture in a bowl, cut each bread slice into four triangular pieces. Spread each piece with prawn paste. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Lastly deep fry till golden brown from both the sides. Crispy shrimp toast with sesame seeds are ready to serve.
