Ingredients
  1. 1 packet macaroni
    1 tsp ginger garlic paste
    4 capsicums
    8 fresh red chilies
    250 grams chicken boneless
    3 tbsp flour
    ½ liter fresh milk
    2 tbsp butter
    Salt as required
    1 tsp crushed black pepper
    1 tin Hosen baked beans
    1 tin mushroom sliced
    1 small packet cheddar cheese
    1 packet mozzarella cheese
    1 tbsp crushed red chili
    1 tsp carom seeds
    Oil as required
Method
  • Fry crushed red chili and carom seeds together.
    Boil the water and add the macaroni in it.
    Add 2 tbsp of oil.
    Sieve the water when its completely boiled and put the oil in it and keep asode.
    Sauté the butter and flour together.
    Now remove from the flame and add ½ liter of milk.
    Now again put it on flame and cook till it thickens.
    Then add salt and black pepper in it.
    Heat the oil in a wok and fry chicken in it.
    When the water dries out add red chilies, capsicum, hosen baked beans, salt, black pepper, mushrooms, macaroni and sauté well.
    Now in a bowl add white sauce, chicken, capsicum and macaronis and then pour some white suace on it.
    Now sprinkle mozzarella a and cheddar cheese, crushed red chili, and carom seeds and bake it for 15 minutes.
    When the cheese gets brown delicious macaroni hot pot is ready to serve.
