سبزیاں اور میکرونی (INGREDIENTS)

گاجر پیالی(گول ٹکڑے کر کے ابال لیں)
مٹر پیالی(ابال لیں)
آلو ایک عدد(ابال کر ٹکڑے کر لیں)
گوبھی کا پھول ایک پیالی(ابال لیں)
میکرونی پونڈ یا400گرام(ابال لیں)
مکھن ایک بڑا چمچہ
نمک ایک چائے کا چمچہ
کالی مرچ چائے کا چمچہ
پیاز ایک (کچل کر کچو مر کر لیں)
دودھ 1پیالی
کارن فلور ایک کھانے کا چمچہ

METHOD

مکھن گرم کر کے پیاز ڈال دیں۔ سرخ نہ ہونے دیں۔ اب کارن فلور ڈالیں۔ کھولتا ہوا دودھ ڈالتے جائیں اور چمچہ تیزی سے ہلاتے جائیں۔ پھر نمک اور کالی مرچ ڈال کر ساری سبزیاں ملا دیں۔ اس کے بعد میکرونی ڈال کر دو منٹ کے لئے دم پر رکھیں۔ اتار کر ڈش میں سجا لیں۔
