کیری دو پیازہ (INGREDIENTS)
  1. مٹن ----- آدھا کلو
  2. پیاز ----- آدھا کلو
  3. کیری ----- آدھا کلو
  4. ادرک ----- ایک چائے کا چمچ
  5. نمک ----- حسب ضرورت
  6. لہسن ----- ایک چائے کا چمچ
  7. لال مرچ ----- ایک چائے کا چمچ
  8. ہلدی ---- ایک چائے کا چمچ
  9. گرم مصالحہ ----- ایک چائے کا چمچ
  10. ہرا دھنیا ----- حسب ضرورت
  11. ہری مرچیں ----- دس سے بارہ عدد
  12. کلچے ----- چار عدد
METHOD
  • گوشت میں ادرک٬ لہسن٬ نمک٬ لال مرچ اور ہلدی ڈال کر ابال لیں- ایک پین میں تیل گرم کر کے پیاز کو فرائی کریں- اب آدھی پیاز نکالیں- پھر اس میں ابلا ہوا گوشت شامل کر کے بھون لیں- جب بھن جائے تو کیری کے ٹکڑے٬ بچی ہوئی تلی پیاز٬ ہری مرچ٬ ہرا دھنیا٬ اور گرم مصالحہ ڈال کر دم پر چھوڑ دیں- کلچے اور نان کے ساتھ سرو کریں-
