Ingredients
  1. Milk 1 liter
  2. Sugar 100 gm
  3. Ice cream powder 1 cup
  4. Green jelly 1 packet
  5. Red jelly 1 packet
  6. Rabri 125 gm
  7. Mix fruit cocktail 1 small tin
  8. Colored vermicelli ½ packet
  9. Raisin 50 gm
  10. Almond 50 gm
  11. Cashew nut 50 gm
  12. Cham cham as required
Method
  • Cook milk in a pan, add in 100 gm sugar and mix well. Dissolve 1 cup ice cream powder in 1 cup water and add to the pan. Cook till thicken.
  • Now turn the flame off and keep aside. Keep string to cool the mixture.
  • Dissolve 1 packet of each green and red jelly in 1 cup boiling water. Keep aside till firm. Now cut into cubes and keep it aside.
  • Put the milk mixture in refrigerator.
  • Boil 50 gm almonds and remove skin, wash and clean 50 gm raisin and keep aside.
  • Boil ½ packet of colored vermicelli in a separate pan.
  • Now add remove milk mixture from refrigerator. Add in 125 gm rabri, boiled almond, 50 gm cashew nuts, washed raisins, boiled vermicelli, 1 tin of mix fruit cocktail, small cham cham, red and green cubes.
  • Mix well. Remove in a serving dish and serve chilled.
