Ingredients
  1. Chicken 1 kg
  2. Cool Water 2 cups
  3. Corn Flour ½ cup
  4. Flour ½ cup
  5. Brown Sugar 1 tsp
  6. Black Pepper Powder 1 tsp
  7. Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
  8. Red Chili Powder 1 tbsp
  9. Chinese Salt ½ tsp
  10. Salt ½ tsp
  11. Chili Sauce 2 tbsp
  12. Soya Sauce 2 tbsp
  13. Oil for frying
Method
  • In a bowl add 1 kg chicken pieces along with 2 tbsp chili sauce, 2 tbsp soya sauce, 1 tbsp red chili powder, 1 tsp brown sugar, 1 tsp black pepper powder, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste and ½ tsp Chinese salt and leave for 1 hour.
  • After this in a bowl add ½ cup corn flour and ½ cup flour. Mix well and coat with that mixture and pour into cool water.
  • Now once again coat with the mixture of corn flour and flour and deep fry in oil as required.
  • Ready to serve.

Hello dear it's very strange to put chicken in cool water it means all paste was just prepared for wash basin!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi, the recipe for classic chicken broast says to put in cool water with the mixture on it ,wont the batter fall off, just thought id ask you first before trying it out,many thanks
