Ingredients
  1. 1/2 kg Beef (cut into small cubes)
  2. 4 Eggs
  3. 1 cup Bread crumbs
  4. 1 tsp Chaat Masala
  5. 1 tsp Chili powder
  6. 1 tbsp Garlic chopped
  7. 1/2 tsp Black pepper
  8. 1/2 tsp Mustard paste
  9. 2 tbsp Vinegar
  10. 2 tbsp Raw papaya
  11. for frying Oil
  12. to taste Salt
  13. Ingredients for Chutney
  14. 250 gm Yogurt
  15. 1 Onion
  16. 1 Potatoes boiled
  17. 3 cloves Garlic
  18. 4 Green chilies
  19. 1 tsp Cumin seeds
  20. 1/2 tsp Salt.
  21. 2 tbsp Coriander leaves
  22. 2 tbsp Mint leaves
Method
  • 1/2 kg Beef cubes with 1 tsp Chaat Masala, 1 tsp Chili powder, 1 tbsp chopped Garlic, 1/2 tsp Black pepper, 1/2 tsp Mustard paste, 2 tbsp Vinegar, 2 tbsp raw papaya and Salt to taste. Keep aside for 1 hour. Now dip in 4 beaten Eggs, roll in 1 cup Bread crumbs and deep fry till its color turn to golden brown.
  • Method for Chutney
  • In blender put together 250 gm Yogurt, 1 Onion, 1 Boiled potato, 3 cloves Garlic, 4 Green chilies, 1 tsp Cumin seeds, 1/2 tsp Salt, 2 tbsp Coriander leaves and 2 tbsp Mint leaves. Blend well and serve with Stick Botti.
