Ingredients
  1. Chopped chicken 2 cups
  2. Cheddar cheese 1cup
  3. Mushroom slices 6 ounces
  4. Pepper ¼ tsp
  5. Cream 1 cup
  6. Lasagna 6
  7. Parmesan cheese 2tbsp
  8. Salt 1tsp
  9. Black Pepper 1tsp
  10. Mustard paste 1tsp
  11. Chopped blended and pureed spinach
Method
  • Marinate chicken with 1 /2tsp of salt, 1/2 tsp of black pepper and 1 /2tsp of mustard paste.
  • Now cook 2 cups of chicken in 2 tbsp of oil and 1 tbsp of crushed garlic.
  • Stir chicken, chopped spinach, 1 cup of cheddar cheese, 6 ounces of mushroom slices, ½ tsp of black pepper and 1 cup of cream together.
  • Arrange 3 noodles in lightly greased baking dish and top with half of chicken mixture.
  • Repeat layers with remaining noodles and chicken mixture
  • Now sprinkle parmesan cheese over it.
  • Cover and bake at 350 degrees for about 15 min.
  • Delicious chicken lasagna Florentine is ready to serve.
