Ingredients
  1. chicken 1 kg
  2. tomatoes 1 kg
  3. kutti hui lal mirch 2 table spoons
  4. kali mirch half teaspoon
  5. pisa hua garam masala half tea spoon
  6. dahi 1cup
  7. namak(as u wish
  8. kasoori methi 2 tea spoon
  10. lehsan adrak ka paste 2 teaspoon
  11. oil 2 cups
Method
  • sub se pehlaykarhaee may 2 cups oil dal k chicken k tamam pieces ko fry ker lain takreeban 5 minutes tak us k baad chicken k pieces ko nikaal lain or us may 1 kg tomatoes kaat k dall dain jb tomatoes bilkul gall jayein us may lehsan adrak ka paste dal dain saath hi us may kutti hui lal mirch kali mirch garam masla namak dal k bhoonay jaisay hi woh bhun jaye us may aik cup dahi dall dain saath hi chicken daal day n 10 minutes tak darmayani aanch pe dhak k rakh dain jb chicken b gal jaye tu us may 2 teaspoon kasoori meethi saaf ker k daal dain n saath hi 2 minutes k liye dun day dain or kattay huay adrak or dhaniye k saath garnish kerain
