Ingredients
  1. 1) chicken bonless ------- 1/2 kg
  2. 2) plain flour ----- 1 cup
  3. 3) egg ----- 2
  4. 4) salt ------ 1 tbs
  5. 5) choped green chili ---- 3 to 4
  6. 6) crushed black pepper ---- 1/2 tbs
  7. 7) bread crumb ----- 1 cup
  8. 8) garlic paste ----- 1 tbs
  9. 9) lemon juice ----- 6 tbs
Method
  • 1. marinate the chicken pieces in four.
  • 2. 1 egg,salt,lemon juice,garlic paste n black pepper for 1 hr.
  • 3. after merination put the chicken pieces in egg n after that roll in bread crumbs. 4. now golden fry all chiken pieces in karahi.
