Chicken fried kebab with Banana Green Chili Chutney

Ingredients: • Mince chicken 300g
• Onions 1
• Green chilies 2
• Coriander 1/4bunch
• Salt AS REQUIRED
• Black pepper powder 1/2tsp
• Deseeded tomatoes 1
For the batter
• Plain flour 1cup
• Eggs 2
• Plain flour(for coating) 1/2cup
• Corn flour 1/2cup
• Water as required
• Oil for frying
• Salt as required
• For banana green chutney
Bananas 3
• Curry leaves 2-3
• Green chilies 2-3
• Fresh and boiled red chilies 2-3
• Orange juice 1/2cup
• Turmeric 1/4tsp
• Mustard seeds 1/2tsp
• Oil 2-3tbsp
• Coriander leaves a few
• Salt as required

Method: In a bowl add 1 cup plain flour, 1/2 cup corn flour, salt as required, 2eggs and a small amount of water. Mix well to form a thick batter. In a food processor chop together 1 onion,1 tomato,1/4 coriander leaves,2 green chilies,300g mince chicken, salt as required and 1/2tsp black pepper powder.
When the mixture become smooth, divide the meat into equal portions and shape into small round kebabs. Coat each kebab in the plain flour. Heat oil in a wok and deep fry the kebabs until they turn golden brown in color.
To make the banana green chili chutney grind together ½ tsp mustard seeds,2-3 curry leaves,2-3 green chilies,2-3 boiled red chilies,1/2 cup orange jucie,1/4tsp turmeric, coriander leaves ,salt to taste and a small amount of water.
When the mixture reaches a uniform consistency add 3 peeled bananas. Heat 2tbsp oil in a wok and pour the prepared chutney along with ½ cup water. Cook for 2-3 minutes. Serve the chutney with the kebabs and enjoy!
