Ingredients
  1. • Mince chicken 300g
  2. • Onions 1
  3. • Green chilies 2
  4. • Coriander 1/4bunch
  5. • Salt AS REQUIRED
  6. • Black pepper powder 1/2tsp
  7. • Deseeded tomatoes 1
  8. For the batter
  9. • Plain flour 1cup
  10. • Eggs 2
  11. • Plain flour(for coating) 1/2cup
  12. • Corn flour 1/2cup
  13. • Water as required
  14. • Oil for frying
  15. • Salt as required
  16. • For banana green chutney
  17. Bananas 3
  18. • Curry leaves 2-3
  19. • Green chilies 2-3
  20. • Fresh and boiled red chilies 2-3
  21. • Orange juice 1/2cup
  22. • Turmeric 1/4tsp
  23. • Mustard seeds 1/2tsp
  24. • Oil 2-3tbsp
  25. • Coriander leaves a few
  26. • Salt as required
Method
  • In a bowl add 1 cup plain flour, 1/2 cup corn flour, salt as required, 2eggs and a small amount of water. Mix well to form a thick batter. In a food processor chop together 1 onion,1 tomato,1/4 coriander leaves,2 green chilies,300g mince chicken, salt as required and 1/2tsp black pepper powder.
  • When the mixture become smooth, divide the meat into equal portions and shape into small round kebabs. Coat each kebab in the plain flour. Heat oil in a wok and deep fry the kebabs until they turn golden brown in color.
  • To make the banana green chili chutney grind together ½ tsp mustard seeds,2-3 curry leaves,2-3 green chilies,2-3 boiled red chilies,1/2 cup orange jucie,1/4tsp turmeric, coriander leaves ,salt to taste and a small amount of water.
  • When the mixture reaches a uniform consistency add 3 peeled bananas. Heat 2tbsp oil in a wok and pour the prepared chutney along with ½ cup water. Cook for 2-3 minutes. Serve the chutney with the kebabs and enjoy!
